Q:  To which countries do you ship?

A:  We currently ship USPS Priority mail in the USA as well as expedited shipping. We also ship international, we recommend USPS insurance to be safe.

Q:  How much is shipping?

A:  For customers within the continental US, shipping is  approximately $10.00 USPS.  For international shipping pease allow more time for delivery depending on your location.  We do offer an expedited shipping option for an additional charge.

Q:  Can I track my shipment?

A:  Yes!  You will receive an email confirming your order with a tracking number.  Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to become active.

Q:  Where are 3D Footbed made?

A: 3D Footbeds are proudly made in the USA!  We utilize an an industry leading orthotic laboratory to hand produce each 3D Footbed to meet our specifications.

Q:  I’ve received my 3D Footbeds, and I’m not sure I’m doing it right?  Can you help me?

A:  instructions are provided for proper installation. If questions please feel free to email us at so we can help you get the most from your new insoles.  Also, the FAQ below has plenty of info that may answer your question.

General Info:

Q:  How do 3D Footbeds work?

A: 3D Footbeds support the arch in a comfortable manner to help create a solid base for skeletal alignment and this helps stabilize knees and hip movements which helps control irregular body movements and deliver more even power. For walking and sport they also help control arch collapse and provide a stable dynamic platform.

Q:  What type of shoes do you recommend for 3D Footbeds?

A: Cycling shoes vary, some are flat and some have some internal arch built into the soles. We provide support buttons that attach with  Velcro to interface the shoe for proper support. Instructions are provided for proper installation. For walking, running shoes we recommend removing the manufacturer’s insole.

Q:  Can I wear 3D Footbeds in my shoes if the original manufacturer’s insoles are not removable?

A:  We do not recommend placing 3D Footbeds on top of the original manufacturer’s insole. Most cycling shoes have removable beds.  That being said, there are many normal street shoes that the original insole is nothing more than a thin piece of fabric or material glued to the sole of the shoe.  In these cases, 3D Footbeds may be placed in these shoes without removing any additional material, provided this does not result in the shoe becoming too tight against your foot or if it increases arch height due to insole already having some additional arch height.

Q:  How do I place 3D Footbed in my shoes?

A:  Proper trimming of your 3D Footbed can greatly affect they’re comfort and effectiveness.  For the perfect fit, follow these steps:

Step 1- Remove the original manufacturer’s insole from the shoe.

Step 2- Place the original manufacturer’s insole over your 3D Footbed.  Carefully trim away any excess material from the 3D Footbed with a pair of scissors, until both insoles are approximately the same size, leaving the 3D Footbeds slightly larger than the original manufacturer’s insole. Remember, you can always trim more if need be, don’t over trim!  Be particularly careful not to trim any material away from the sides of the insole or the heel as they are designed to roll in the shoe to smooth out transition of material. Only trim the front flat forefoot  area.

Step 3- 3D Footbed may then be placed in your shoes WITHOUT the original manufacturers insole.  Be sure there is no material curled up in the toe area, or excessive movement of the insole within the shoe so caution to not trim to much so the footbed is secure.

Q:  Do I need to become accustomed to 3D Footbed?

A:  Yes. For cycling it can take time for the body to adjust to the knee corrections they provide, so recommend lower base miles to build easy for adaption.   We recommend becoming accustomed to your 3D Footbeds over the course of several rides. Many people’s feet are not accustomed to the amount of support an arch support footbed provides.  For sport or walking shoes your first time wearing 3D Footbeds should be about an hour.  After wearing them for about an hour, replace 3D Footbeds with your manufacturer’s original insoles.  Repeat this process every day, adding an additional hour of use with each successive day until you reach 8 consecutive hours of use.  If your feet become fatigued while wearing 3D Footbeds, remove them at that point, and re-try their use the following day for the same time period, increasing the amount of time worn by an hour each successive day.

Q:  How long will 3D Footbed last with everyday wear?

A:  For most users, 3D Footbeds will last approximately 12 months or more with daily use.  This may vary greatly based on the environment and activity they are used in, the users body weight, and the type of shoes worn.

Q:  Can I move 3D Footbed from one pair of shoes to another?

A:  Yes.  It may be helpful to bring your 3D Footbeds with you while shoe shopping to ensure a proper fit.  Be sure to remove the manufacturer’s insole if need be. They are designed to fit multiple width shoes with flexible heel and lateral Eva material to roll and taper to shoe. Before trimming toe area, we recommend sizing it for the shoe it will be worn in as shoes vary in size.

Q:  Can I clean my 3d Footbeds?

A:  Yes.  Apply a small amount of mild hand soap and warm water to soft sponge to cleanse the top cover of the insoles.  Allow them to air dry.  PLEASE do not machine wash or heat dry them!

Water and wearing in rain will not harm the footbed.

Q:  Will 3D Footbeds damage my shoes?

A: 3D Footbeds will not damage shoes under normal circumstances.

Q:  Do 3D Footbeds cure flat feet?

A:  No.  While 3D Footbeds can provide temporary relief from a variety of conditions which can be caused by flat feet, they do not cure flat feet, and are not meant to diagnose, treat, or cure any specific condition.

Q:  What are 3D Footbeds made of?

A:  The  top cover is a perforated 1.5mm EVA foam providing a low profile.  A  rigid shell is located between top layer of EVA foam to provide dynamic support for the arch.  An EVA 1.5mm bottom cover provides extra cushioning for the entire insole.
